Good faith principle and abuse of trademark registration

The author is considering the possibility of presenting an independent requirement to recognize actions to register a trademark as an abuse of right without using the mechanism of unfair competition. He comes to the conclusion that the current legislation allows for the possibility of presenting an independent demand for recognition of such actions as an abuse of law, since other methods, both judicial and administrative, do not adequately protect bona fide participants in civil turnover in this area.
