In the present investigation the principle of admittance of necessary human rights restrictions and the specifics of its formulation in the articles of the Constitution of the Russian Federation is given grounds and reviewed from the scientific point of view. The author’s classification of the human rights restrictions is proposed. Besides, in this work a number of problems in constitutional provisions are indicated, and some offers of its improvement are made.
