The relevance of the problem of prevention of domestic violence against women and children in the Kyrgyz Republic

The article examines the current problem of domestic violence against women and children, which is one of the acute problems. The article considers the state policy aimed at the prevention of domestic violence, as well as the regulatory framework governing the field of crime prevention. In addition, the figures and facts of domestic violence are presented, despite a number of measures taken by the state, it remains a fairly widespread negative phenomenon. The author of the study believes that in order to improve the legal framework for the prevention and prevention of domestic violence, it is necessary to develop a unified model and procedure for interaction between relevant government agencies and the civil society.
