Principle of humanism in criminal law

The article is devoted to the protection of human and civilrights and freedoms, which is the most important task in the criminal legislation. The article considers the principle of criminal legislation, the concept of the principle of criminal law is disclosed and the principle of protecting the rights and freedoms of participants in the criminal legislation of Russia is studied.
