The principle of unrestricted access to electric energy sources

This article discusses the operation and aspects of the principle of unrestricted access to electric energy sources in electric power industry. It is proved that in Russian civil law and in foreign legislation of most countries, the principle exists and assumes control over network organizations, determining the pricing procedure and additional legal protection of consumers. It is concluded that the policy of most countries of the modern world is based on the principle of ensuring unrestricted access to electric energy sources.
