The article examines the problem of person in moral and law comparing Kantrs and Solovievrs approaches. In Kantrs conception of natural law the principle of person in shown from the point of views of categoric imperative. In the philosophy of law of Soloviev this guestion is examined in the social ethics approach to the natural law « The Freedom determined by eguality». The comparative anylysis of opinions these philosophers reveals their unanimity in the considerasion of the value of each person itself.
