Legal interoperability is a key principle of digital governance, contributing to the creation of a single information space for data exchange between different legal systems. As part of the European Union's strategy to build a single digital market, this principle ensures the interaction of public authorities through open data and standards. The assessment of interoperability is carried out at three levels: technological, system and task levels. Key recommendations include multi-channel access, multilingualism, security, and the use of open standards. The effectiveness of interoperable solutions is manifested in reducing the administrative burden and increasing security. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to integrate and use the principle of legal interoperability.
