The principle of direct effect of the Russian Federation constitution: current issues

The article deals with the principle of direct effect of the norms of the Russian Federation Constitution in terms of enforcement. Identifies and examines the main problems of application of the Constitution with regard to the special status of the Constitution as the basic law of the state and the specific character of its rules, which limits their direct action.
