Principle of promotion of employment and protection against unemployment in constitutional and labour legislation of Russia and foreign countries

The problems, connected with the content and realization of constitutional provisions on promotion of employment and protection against unemployment, are analyzed. The Constitutions of many countries contain the obligation of the citizens to provide necessary living standard themselves unlike the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
