The purpose of this article is to discover in the socio-philosophical constructions of Aleksey Khomyakov conceptual bases for the principle of solidarity as a key factor in the relationship of personality and social community. As a methodological basis, the author uses the phenomenological method in a specific historical and philosophical context, where any philosophical exposition is not only an intellectual construct and a result of mental creativity, but also contains a natural expression of the author’s unique spiritual experience. Te principle of solidarity, viewed through the prism of communality and conciliarity, becomes an element not only of social, but also of transcendent being. It is concluded that the principle of solidarity has two main poles. Te first arises naturally from the fact that it organically and freely grows from within the spiritual space and is illuminated by the light of “natural love” and “freedom.” Te second is the result of forcible, artificial, rational- mechanical regulation from the outside
