The principle of conjugacy in physical education classes with university students in the section «Gymnastics and athletic training»

The principle of conjugacy was introduced into the training of gymnasts for a long time and with difficulty, but over time it became familiar to them. But the attitude towards it is sometimes so simplistic that the meaning of the principle is often distorted and large methodological errors arise. In our work, we have considered specific examples of these errors and the specifics of implementing the principle of conjugacy in gymnastics classes with students.
