The search for new ways to solve global environmental problems and the need to strengthen national and international ways of preserving the environment has caused the discussion of the principle of transparency in environmental law. The consolidation of the principle of transparency in environmental law is one of the ways to approach the "pluralism" of environmental information, contributing to the disclosure of the necessary aspects of interaction between the state and society in the process of circulation of environmental information, due to information validity, sufficiency, quality, relevance, relevance and transparency. This is due to the fact that it is possible to launch the mechanism of public information awareness of the environmental status, which is a certain order of circulation of environmentally relevant information, only through the interaction of different social and state institutions. Therefore, the necessary condition for the development of environmental relations is the implementation of the principle of transparency because the transparency of information allows solving a number of ecologically significant problems.
