The basic structure of the system of formation and assessment of key indicators of logistical management of the industrial enterprise

The paper introduces a special system of information and analytical support of logistical management to increase the efficiency of cross-functional coordination in the control system of an industrial enterprise. One of the basic elements of this system is a system of formation and assessment of key indicators of logistical management, which is based on the concept of a balanced system of indicators. One of the main problems of such assessment is the allocation of a share of financial and economic activities results of the enterprise due to logistics activities. The system of formation and assessment of key indicators of logistical management includes the following hierarchically interconnected levels: mission of the industrial enterprise, logistical mission of the industrial enterprise, main strategic purposes of logistical management of the industrial enterprise (purposes of the first level), strategic purposes of logistical management of the second level, group of key indicators of logistical management and integrated indicator of efficiency of logistical management of the industrial enterprise. The total set includes six groups of indicators to form and assess the key indicators of logistical management: Financial Indicators, Consumer Satisfaction, Time, Costs, Stocks and Indicators of logosphere of the industrial enterprise. The measure of imperfections in the flow of logistic processes in the logistics system is proposed to estimate by the author’s indicator “logistical entropy” as a part of the sixth group. A mathematical additive model was worked out for multicriteria assessment enabling to calculate an integrated indicator of the efficiency of logistical management. The integrated indicator of the efficiency of logistical management can be considered as a logistics potential of the logistics system of the industrial enterprise. The proposed structure to form and assess key indicators of logistical management of the industrial enterprise enables us to get relevant information about the logistics of an industrial enterprise and perform on that basis effective information and analytical support of logistical management of the industrial enterprise.
