The article examines the leading, the core of the organization of the process of adaptive physical education of pre-school children with mental retardation. The author points out as the leading principle of providing the unity of the physical and mental development of children in the process engine enforcement training. Just as the necessary, the article presents the principles of general didactics, special education and of physical education. The author emphasizes the unity of their relationship and influence in the process of achieving the goal of pedagogical impact on adaptive physical education of children with mental retardation.
