Principles of formation of public areas in the reconstruction of municipalities in southern Russia

One of the main problems of urban planning has always been a rational science, and at the same time comfortable for people to organize public areas. The basic principles used today in urban planning, developed in ancient times. However, today we are witnessing attempts to rethink the relationship of urban and natural space, a growing desire to harmonize these two seemingly antagonistic environment. Today, we are increasingly talking about inscribing natural landscape in the urban environment, including the organization of public space. The author analyzes the features of the formation of green public areas in the process of reconstruction in southern cities and their environmental impacts; a comparative analysis of modern foreign experience conversion of residential areas of urban settlements.
