This article discusses the role of motivation and incentives for employees in the organization's personnel management system, and highlights the basic principles of motivation and incentive methods. For more effective work of the personnel, it is advisable for the management of the organization to determine the purpose and role for each employee of the organization. Also, an important criterion for effective work is the possibility of career growth, monetary rewards, differentiated remuneration, gratitude, praise. Let's consider motivation and stimulation as the basic principles of increasing the efficiency of personnel in an organization.
