Principles and directions of antimonopoly state politics

The article examines the main features of monopolism and analyzes the circumstances characterizing a monopoly at different stages of development of a market economy in the country. The need for antimonopoly regulation of the activities of market entities is substantiated. Since measures to promote competition and antimonopoly regulation, along with special measures to support business, are changing quite dynamically, the basic principles of the state antimonopoly policy and the directions for its implementation in modern conditions have been formulated.
