Principles and technologies of organizing the system of providing state and municipal services in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic

As part of the study, the author sets the task of highlighting the features of the organization of the process of providing state and municipal services in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, will reveal the regulatory framework of regional legal acts that regulate the process and technology of providing services in the central office and a network of 12 multifunctional centers located in the municipalities of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.
