The article discusses the problem of humanization and humanitarization of education, considers the basic principles of innovative education: natural and cultural conformity, differentiation and integration, socialization of students and adaptability of the educational process. The author justifies the need for inclusion of the social component in the modern education system, as well as discusses relevance of applying of individualized development of students. It is noted that all these principles are widely used in teaching and educational activity in innovative educational institutions of Nazran city, Republic of Ingushetia.
