Principles of institutional support of sustainable development of territories as complex ecological-socio-economic systems

The article analyzes the areas of use of methodological approaches to the selection of the principles of institutional support of various processes and phenomena. Basic and special principles are highlighted. It is noted that the methodological issues of selecting the principles of institutional management are discussed in the framework of two basic areas of institutional research: institutional design and institutional modeling. Based on the author’s approach to the formulation and selection of the principles of institutional support for sustainable development, a list of such principles is proposed in relation to territories as special environmental, socio-economic systems.
