The article shows the importance of a scientifically based system of principles for the implementation of rational, effective crowdsourcing management. The content of the principles of balance, synergy of crowdsourcing management, complex institutional verification of crowdsourcing, minimization of irrational transaction costs in the process of crowdsourcing is substantiated. The interrelation of the highlighted principles of effective crowdsourcing management is shown.
