Principles of environmental law

The article discusses the essence of the principles of environmental law, their dependence on the ideology of society and the state. The authors give a definition of the principles of law, carry out the classification. The most important principles of environmental law are considered. The essence of some of them is revealed most fully in view of their special relevance. Conclusions are drawn how compliance with the principles of environmental law can affect the improvement of the environmental situation in the country and the world.
