Regional cognitive capital management based on the principles of logistics

The article deals with the substantive nature of the concept of "cognitive capital" as a resource of innovative development of the region, the expediency of application of the apparatus of the methodology of logistics to manage the flow of resources in the system. The approach to management of innovative development of the region, integrating the provisions of the process and logistics management concepts, with subsequent detailing of the control loop cognitive capital.
