Purpose: To analyze the principles of consistency of functions, expediency and common goals and objectives of participants in criminal proceedings by the prosecution and the court. Methodology: The author used formal legal legal method. Results: In the relations between the participants of criminal proceedings and the court, the principles of consistency of functions, expediency and common goals and objectives of participants in criminal proceedings plays the role of a system-forming core of all types and forms of relations between the investigator, the head of the investigative body, the Prosecutor, the bodies of inquiry and the court. Novelty/originality/value: The results of the article concluded that the judicial system of the Russian Federation, although it is a separate, Autonomous and independent, can not actually proper to function without regulated by the law institutional relationships with other bodies and institutions whose activities are carried out in the legal field, first and foremost with prosecutors.
