The article outlines the principles of formation and use of the organizationaland economic mechanism for implementing the growth strategies of a transportorganiz ation. It deter mines the composition of pr inciples of creating andapplying the organizational and economic mechanism for rationalizing theinteraction of the components of the strateg ic management system and thesystem as a whole. The scheme of mutual inf luence of the principles of ensuringthe growth strategies implementation in the process of strategic management of the transport organizations development is drawn up. The possibilities of the subject of strategic management to achieve the planned economic, social, and technological results of the transport organization in compliance with the setout principles are given.
