The principles of teaching foreign students to express emotions by means of the Russian language

The article substantiates the need in a greater attention to teaching to express emotions in the course of educational activities. It discusses the problem of teaching foreign students to use different ways to express emotions. Besides, it presents the principles aimed at teaching to express emotions, including those principles which result from the specificity of the concept of «emotion».

Didactic, methodical principles of teaching, principles of communicativeness, situational vision of the ways to express emotions, dialogical vision and organization of learning material, coherence and consistency, clarity, interconnected teaching different speaking activities, distinction of expression and description of emotions, the interrelation between verbal and non-verbal expression of emotions, development of speech creativity by the example of the ways to express emotions
