Principles of description of objects of forensic expertise

Бесплатный доступ

It is shown that forensic expertology as a science should have its own language. It is noted that for forensic experts there are no clearly developed principles for describing objects of research, as a result of which even existing forensic experts often make mistakes in describing them. The general principles for the description of objects of forensic examination in the preparation of expert opinions are proposed. Some suggested principles are considered and practical examples are given. Unlike existing publications on the subject of “expert language”, in which terminology is paramount, the use of terminology is considered as one of the principles of expert description.
