Principles of creating innovative management structures of industrial enterprise

The article discusses the key principles of the establishment and operation of modern industrial enterprise management structures. We reviewed the features of realization of innovative activity at large enterprises. The article noted the main problems faced by the organization as part of business activities, as well as suggested ways of solving them. We propose directions of possible development of administrative structures that will effectively implement innovative processes in the activities of industrial enterprises, comprehensively improve their innovative activity.
