Legal principles in the cultural sphere

Within the framework of this article, topical issues of modern legal regulation of culture in the Russian Federation are considered. Special attention has paid to a detailed analysis of the legal principles of the cultural sphere in Russia, existing doctrinal classifications of these principles and their content, manifestation in the legal system. Based on the results of the study, a legal system of cultural principles in the Russian Federation was formed.
