The article deals with formation of psychological and educational competence for specialists in technical sciences, which had no training in teaching, in such a way that they could perform effective coaching activity in the companies. The author explains principles of selection and structuring contents of the psychological and educational training, which form the basis for the further training course for managers, in order to develop their psychological and teaching competences.
