The principles of developmental teaching in fine art class in primary school

The article shows that the conception of developmental teaching shall be the foundation of modern pedagogical activity. It gives the definition of the concepts «development», «teaching», «developmental teaching». Besides, it traces the history of the beginning and formation of developmental teaching and highlights its main principles. The author gives an example of implementation of certain principles in fine art class in primary school.
