Principles of the interlinking of monetary-credit and bank policies

From the declared purposes and problems as for credit-and-monetary, and bank the politician in clause are formulated principles of their interlinking. Existing individually-monopoly position Bank of Russia in practice leads to numerous adverse consequences as negatively affects observance of legitimate rights and interests of the credit organizations as independent subjects and credit-and-monetary and bank policies.
