Principles of improving management systems for business associations in the construction field under the influence of hypercompetition

The article analyzes the «hypercompetition matrix» of the management of modern business associations in the construction field in tangible and virtual business environment using information and communication technologies. Modern business associations of the construction sector are formed of various functional subsystems - economic business structures. Competent use of information and communication technology in modern virtual environment by the management system of business associations and contribute to the implementation of network interactions based on effective communications through the distribution of relevant knowledge. The study is aimed at formation of a scientific basis for improving the management system of these modern organizations in hypercompetitive conditions of tangible and virtual business environment. The step-by-step procedure used in the article allows us to analyze the influence of one of the driving forces of hypercompetition on the management system of modern business associations in the construction field. Taking into account the relevant features of global information and communication space we have considered the influence of globalization processes on the factors of business associations’ management success.
