Principles of standardization in ensuring the quality of customs services

The customs authorities, as part of the performance of their state functions, provide state services to participants in foreign economic activity. In this regard, the quality of public services provided by the customs authorities is of particular interest. The article discusses the international standards ISO 9000 series «quality management Systems», which form the documentary basis of quality management of customs services, principles and methods of their application.
