The principles laid down in the law as the determinants of the individuals with the deviant behavior

Ensuring internal security is one of the most important problems of the Russian state. To solve it the most appropriate approach seems to prevent the very possibility of the formation of individuals with deviant behavior. What negative principles of education were laid down by the domestic legislation, and tried to find out the author of the article on the example of the rules of the Federal Law on Education of the Russian Federation.
