Decision-making in political groups during the electoral process

In this article we consider the political groups as an important element in the political decision-making. Especially important this role is manifested in democratic societies, as well as «transit» democratic regimes. The concept of «group policy» is closely related to the behavioral model of political analysis. This concept is interesting that the policy usually involves a struggle for control and exercise of political power in the complex dynamics of the various groups active in politics.
