Management decisions making on the basis of strategic planning methods

The article deals with the application of strategic planning technologies for management decisions making. By means of SNW and SWOT analysis the authors estimate strengths and weaknesses of the research and production oil center. On their basis the authors carry out the cross analysis allowing to diversify a chosen matrix segment of "business enhancement" in several directions of management decisions making with emphasizing of key risks.
