Compulsory license

In the article the author considers the legal nature of the compulsory license, its specific features and the conditions for obtaining it. In addition, a general characteristic of the institution of limiting the exclusive rights of the patent holder to the object of patent protection is given. This kind of problems is very relevant in connection with the rapid development of international and Russian patent legislation, caused by the rapid development of economic turnover.
