Forced legal succession: a general theoretical characteristic

The purpose of the study is a general theoretical characteristic of peculiarities for forced legal succession as an intersectional category of law. The following conclusion is drawn: the forced process of change for subjective content of legal relationship in which, in the order of derivative acquisition of subjective rights and (or) legal obligations, happens their transfer from one person (legal predecessor) to the state (legal successor) in relation to the same legal relationship object in the case of expressly provided by law, should be understood when using the term «forced legal succession».
