Forced labor for convicts: yesterday, today, tomorrow

This article reveals a new type of criminal punishment - in the domestic system of sanctions, as forced labor. The authors focus on the question of whether it is expedient, and most importantly, how effective is the work of convicts in an economically unstable society, in connection with international sanctions. At the same time, the authors of the article refer to domestic and international experience in attracting convicts to work during the period of serving their sentences, and analyze domestic and international documents in this area of legal relations.
