Acquisition and registration of inheritance

The article reveals the essence of the institution of inheritance acceptance, as well as the main theoretical approaches to understanding the right to accept inheritance. The author examines in detail the ways of accepting inheritance in inseparable connection with modern notary and judicial practice. The main legal aspects of inheritance acceptance and registration of inheritance rights are also considered. The problems existing in legislation, law enforcement activities, as well as in the activities of notaries are identified.
