Priority areas of the middle class development in the state policy regarding regions

The article defines the objectives and priorities of the federal and regional state policy, as well as organizations and enterprises, regarding development of the middle class. It is argued that to increase the number of middle class representatives in various regions, it is necessary to consider its qualitative and quantitative features when developing the policy of socio-economic development and economic security. The authors have developed a tree of goals, reflecting the scheme of formation and development of the middle class in the Russian Federation.
