Priority directions of social sphere's development in Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The relevance of this work is caused in priority value of the social sphere in any municipal district. The social sphere covers in itself public health care, development of education, cultural development and sport, increase in employment of the population and other important aspects. The purpose of municipal unit is directed in identification of ways of development of the main directions of the social sphere.
