Priority directions of state personnel policy improvement in the sphere of forming and preparation of reserve of management trainers

In the scientific work, the existing problems are analyzed for the training of the personnel reserve in the management system. The author indicated who was engaged in this problem from scientists. In the publication there are judgments about improving the system of training the personnel reserve of civil servants. The author touches upon the formation and rational use of the civil service potential of the civil service and believes that such a process is conditioned by the continuous improvement of the political and administrative management, which inevitably entails the rationalization of technologies and management methods by the structural subdivisions of state bodies.
