Priorities of personnel potential formation in the conditions of innovative economy (on the example of the Vladimir region)

The article explores the state and justifies the key priorities for the formation and development of the personnel potential of the Vladimir region in the conditions of innovative development. Economic modernization is one of the most important development priorities of the Russian Federation. Modernization of the economy helps to increase productivity, the release of obsolete equipment, followed by replacement with new, increased use of advanced technology and more. However, no modernization is possible without qualified personnel and specialists to solve these problems. Such an important issue as the development of human resources must be addressed at the level of each region of the country. Thanks to a targeted personnel policy on the part of the state, the development of society is being stabilized, and secondary and higher professional education is being developed on the territory of the country.
