Priorities of information support of legal proceedings in the legislation of the Russian Federation

In the last two decades, revolutionary and major changes have taken place in the everyday life of society and the state. The main driving force behind these transformations has been large-scale digitalization. This process covers a variety of areas, including education, services, economics and the organization of public services. Digitalization affects not only everyday life, but also the field of law, including the judicial system. In this regard, electronic justice is of particular importance, which is a set of measures and technical means that allow conducting legal proceedings using electronic technologies.
