Priorities for the development of corporate financial control in the new reality

The subject of the article is the study of the problem of priority directions of transformation of corporate financial control, taking into account the requirements of cardinal changes in economic reality. Among the main results of the study, the disclosure of accumulated contradictions between common tools and forms of organization of the control under consideration, on the one hand, and the processes of financialization of socio-economic development, on the other, is presented. It is shown that the negative consequences of financialization were beyond the financial control. It is proved that the main challenge at the present stage of development is the requirement for the formation of new financial systems at the national and global levels, the effectiveness of which is possible with the transformation of the functional role of corporate financial control. Thus, the priorities of the development of the control under study are determined. Along with this, the necessary and sufficient conditions for the priority transformation of financial control in corporations are being clarified - new digital and platform technologies with a network-centric form of management. Thanks to these tools, it is possible to turn corporate control into a special segment of new financial systems. This priority of development is the basis for ensuring the dominance of the interests of national reproduction.
