Prioritization of structural adaptation of the Russian economy (institutional aspect)

The present study is devoted to the analysis of the priorities of structural adaptation of the Russian economy. The concept of structural adaptation is defined as a series of deliberate and systematic alterations in the fundamental structure of the economy, driven by the state and characterized by a shift in either a revolutionary or evolutionary nature. The proposed taxonomy of structural adaptation prioritization distinguishes between levels and supports measures. The results of the policy on the implementation of structural shifts in the national economy of the Russian Federation are analyzed.
