Nature of air traffic service

The work reflects the analysis of the nature of air traffic service (further - ATS). The purpose of the article consists in the author’s aspiration for deepening knowledge of ATC specialists about its natural elements. The actuality of the subject research and a number of regulations of analytical searches concerning it indirectly are demonstrated. The element base of the described phenomenon is revealed. The nature of air traffic service is represented as of it creation and functioning conditions, causes of formation and semantic bases, which in common and apart impart acceleration / deceleration to the receiving by crew of aircraft of service in connection of flight information, alerting service and required consultations.
