Nature of public and private sociocultural systems: from the point of view of culture studies

The reasons of evolution of social cultural systems into open and close state are considered, components of open system are determined and the character of their interaction is researched. The interaction of systems of different levels of openness is shown on the example of ethnic and cultural interaction.
